No toxic positivity, no one-size-fits-all treatment plans, or generic exisiting. Real talk, evidence based practices, and a safe place to figure your shit out. It doesn't matter what you are navigating -- old patterns, traumatic experiences, or you're just trying to feel like yourself again -- you don't have to do it alone.

IS IT "JUST" THERAPY?
Therapy can suck. Even the best sessions are hard. It isn't some mystical ritual where you lay on a couch, talk to someone in a cardigan as they scribble away in a notebook and BAM you're reset. Therapy is a collaborative process where you are the expert of *your* life and you work with someone that has objective expertise. Together, you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, actions, and lived experiences.
Again, therapy isn't about being "fixed". It's working to understand and accept yourself exactly as you are -- while working to grow and level up. It is just therapy. It is a space to be honest, supported, sometimes unhinged, and to feel human. Yes there are goals to work towards, but there is consistency and acceptance in the meantime.
